HOW THE TUITION PATHWAY PLAN WORKS
The Tuition Pathway Plan allows eligible GAFEE students to spread tuition payments over time instead of paying the full tuition amount at enrollment.
Students choose an approved weekly or monthly automatic payment schedule based on the program or course they are enrolling in.
Payments are processed automatically through GAFEE’s online enrollment system, making it easier to plan tuition around your individual budget.
With the Tuition Pathway Plan:
Choose from available weekly or monthly payment options
Begin your education without paying the entire tuition balance upfront
Make automatic payments throughout your enrollment period
Remain actively enrolled while your account stays current
Pay your remaining tuition balance over the approved payment period
WHO CAN USE THE PLAN?
The Tuition Pathway Plan is available for all of GAFEE’s diploma programs and certificate courses.
Payment schedules vary according to the tuition amount, length, and structure of each program. Available payment options are provided during enrollment so students can select the pathway that works best for them.
IMPORTANT PAYMENT INFORMATION
Students using the Tuition Pathway Plan must keep their account current in order to continue attending scheduled classroom training.
Automatic payments are processed according to the payment schedule selected at enrollment. If a payment attempt is unsuccessful, a $25 failed-payment fee applies.
Accounts that remain past due for two weeks may require further action before the student can continue attending training.
Certificates and diplomas are released after all program requirements have been completed and the tuition account has been paid in full.
ACTIVATION / REGISTRATION FEE
Students enrolling with a Tuition Pathway Plan will have an Activation or Registration Fee, depending upon the specific program or course.
This fee is waived when tuition is paid in full at enrollment.
The applicable fee and complete tuition information are provided on each individual program page and during enrollment.
WANT TO PAY IN FULL?
Students are always welcome to pay the full tuition amount at enrollment.
Paying in full eliminates ongoing automatic tuition payments and waives the applicable Activation/Registration Fee.
For some programs, paying the consolidated program tuition rather than purchasing courses individually may also provide additional savings.
