Rooted in trauma-informed principles, neuroscience, and somatic awareness, Level 1 offers a deep dive into the science and soul of breath
Through immersive classes, guided visualizations, hands-on techniques, and comprehensive self-study, students learn trauma-informed breathwork approaches that may support relaxation, emotional self-regulation, body awareness, and overall well-being
Whether you're new to breathwork or looking to deepen your skill set, this certificate course is designed to help you confidently facilitate breathwork experiences while continuing to develop your own personal practice

Requirements:
* Students must attend all three (3) weekends to fulfill requirements
* MAKE-UP INSTRUCTION: Attendance is required for all scheduled classroom and virtual hours. Any missed instructional time must be completed with the Instructor. Individually scheduled make-up instruction is subject to an additional fee of $35–$45 per hour, paid directly to the Instructor. The exact rate may vary depending on the Instructor and the nature of the make-up instruction
*Practice Sessions: Students are required to complete ten (10) documented breathwork facilitation practice sessions outside of class. All required practice sessions must be completed before the course certificate will be issued
*Personal Sessions: Students are required to receive two (2) one-hour breathwork sessions from another student enrolled in the Breathworx614 Certification Program or from a previously Certified Breathworker. The fee is $25 per session and is paid directly to the Breathwork Facilitator
*Additional Home Study Assignments (reading, anatomy, Breathwork Exercises, etc.)
*Evaluations: Quizzes are included in Home Study. Oral Exams, Case Study Analysis, and Check-Ins for Understanding will be implemented at the beginning of each class (Weekends 2 & 3) and a final examination will take place on Weekend 3. Students are required to successfully pass six separate quizzes
*Students must successfully complete all course requirements and have their tuition and fees paid in full before the course certificate will be issued
