Reiki is a Japanese energy-based practice traditionally used to support relaxation, stress reduction, and a sense of well-being. It is based on the concept that life-force energy flows through and around the body

If this energy is low, a person will be more likely to get sick or feel stressed, and if it is high, they will be more capable of happiness and health

Many people use Reiki to support relaxation and feelings of peace and well-being

Reiki may be used as a complementary wellness practice alongside conventional medical or therapeutic care. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease

The ability to use Reiki is not taught in the usual sense, but is transferred to the student through an “attunement” by a Reiki Master Teacher, which allows the student to tap into an unlimited supply of life force energy.

During this course, four levels of “attunements” are given to bring the student to the Master Level of Reiki. In addition to classes, students practice Reiki during offsite practice sessions as well as completing other assigned home study work.

Levels Taught: Reiki 1, Reiki 2, Advanced Level, Master Level.
