Overview: Polarity Therapy is a comprehensive holistic health system that works with the body's natural energetic patterns to support balance and well-being. Developed by Dr. Randolph Stone, Polarity Therapy recognizes the relationship between energy, the physical body, thoughts and emotions, movement, nutrition, and self-awareness.

The FPTT Certificate Course introduces students to the foundational principles and practices of Polarity Therapy through its four primary pillars:

Polarity Therapy Bodywork — hands-on techniques designed to support energetic balance throughout the body.

Polarity Therapy Stretches & Postures — movement, stretching, breathing, and energy exercises that encourage greater balance and awareness.

Energetic Food Awareness — exploring food and nutrition through the Five Element system and the energetic qualities of food.

Self-Awareness — developing greater awareness of the patterns, experiences, thoughts, emotions, and choices that influence health and well-being.

Throughout the eight-month course, students learn to integrate these principles with the Five Elements, energetic anatomy, Polarity Therapy theory, practical bodywork skills, and supervised clinical experience.
