ABOUT THIS DIPLOMA PROGRAM

Train to become a Holistic and Energetic Health Practitioner (HEHP) in approximately 24 months.

This Diploma Program consists of Four Classroom Courses and

Eight Online Courses

FOUR CLASSROOM COURSES:

• FOUNDATIONAL POLARITY THERAPY TRAINING (FPTT)* - 160 hours

• POLARITY REFLEXOLOGY (PR)* - 100 hours

• SOUND & VIBRATION THERAPY (SVT)* - 75 hours

• TRAUMA-INFORMED BREATHWORK FACILITATOR (TIBWF)*- 88.5 hours

EIGHT ONLINE COURSES:

• THEORY & SCIENCE OF ENERGY (TSE) - 24 hours

• HOLISTIC HEALTH ADVISOR (HHA)* - 50 hours

• DETOX & HEALTH BUILDING (Levels I, II, & III)* - 100 hours

• ANATOMY & PHYSIOLOGY 101 - 21 hours

• HOLISTIC HOUSEHOLD - 50 hours

• ADVANCED ANATOMY & PATHOLOGY- 170 hours

• ETHICS - 60 hours

• ADVANCED ENERGETIC PRINCIPLES (AEP) - 75 hours

Additional Information:

Massage Tables: Students are required to purchase their own massage table and bring it each month to class

Polarity Therapy Stretches & Postures: During many classes we will be practicing Polarity Therapy Stretches & Postures (traditionally known as Polarity Exercises), which are designed to support balance within the Five Element system. Students may wish to bring a yoga mat to use during these exercises
