Bobbi Smedley is a Senior Faculty Member at Global Academy for Energetic Education and one of the Academy's most experienced Polarity Therapy educators and practitioners. With nearly four decades of professional practice in holistic bodywork, she brings exceptional clinical knowledge, educational expertise, and compassionate mentorship to the classroom. Bobbi is passionate about helping students develop the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills necessary to become ethical and competent practitioners through experiential learning and individualized instruction.

A graduate of the Ohio College of Massotherapy (1987) in Akron, Ohio, Bobbi has maintained a successful private practice in the Cleveland area for nearly four decades. Her extensive clinical experience provides students with invaluable real-world insight into the application of Polarity Therapy, integrative bodywork, and holistic health practices. Throughout her career, she has worked with clients using an integrative approach to health and well-being, combining bodywork with complementary healing modalities to promote balance, relaxation, and the body's natural healing processes.

Committed to lifelong learning and professional excellence, Bobbi has pursued advanced education in several holistic disciplines. She earned the designation of Board Certified Polarity Practitioner (BCPP) in 2012, followed by Elemental Reflexology (ER) certification, Holistic Health Practitioner (HHP) in 2013, and Registered Polarity Educator (RPE) in 2015. She continues to expand her professional knowledge through ongoing education, including advanced studies in Aromatherapy.

As part of her Holistic Health Practitioner training, Bobbi completed a six-month clinical internship at Summa Health in Akron, Ohio, serving patients in both the Palliative Care and Mother/Babies departments. During this internship, she provided supportive care utilizing Polarity Therapy and Elemental Reflexology, gaining valuable experience working alongside healthcare professionals in a clinical setting.

At Global Academy, Bobbi teaches both the Foundational Polarity Therapy Training (FPTT) Certificate Course and the Advanced Polarity Therapy Training (APTT) Diploma Program. She is dedicated to helping students develop technical proficiency while fostering compassion, professionalism, and a deeper understanding of the body's energetic systems. Her instruction emphasizes experiential learning, individualized guidance, and the practical application of holistic principles to support health and well-being.

Bobbi believes that effective practitioners combine knowledge with presence, skill, and genuine care for others. Through her teaching and mentorship, she encourages students to cultivate balance within themselves while preparing to help others achieve greater health and vitality through holistic and energetic health practices
