The Advanced Polarity Therapy Training (APTT) Diploma Program is designed for students who have completed Foundational Polarity Therapy education and are ready to deepen their understanding, assessment skills, bodywork techniques, and practical application of Dr. Randolph Stone’s energetic healthcare system.
Building upon the foundational principles of polarity therapy, APTT guides students into advanced energetic anatomy, polarity therapy bodywork, assessment and integration, practitioner development, and a deeper understanding of the relationships between energy, structure, function, and health.

Prerequisite: A minimum of 155 hours of Polarity Therapy Training
APTT is designed as advanced practitioner training and builds upon an established foundation in Polarity Therapy theory, principles, bodywork, energetic anatomy, assessment, exercises, and practitioner skills.
Students entering the program are expected to have completed a minimum of 155 hours of foundational Polarity Therapy education through GAFEE's Foundational Polarity Therapy Training (FPTT), Associate in Polarity Principles (APP) training, or an equivalent program.
Students who completed their foundational training through another school or organization may contact GAFEE to determine whether their previous education meets the APTT prerequisite.

Additional Information
Massage Table: Students are required to have access to a suitable massage table for classroom training and should bring their table to class as directed. Students who do not already own a suitable table will need to purchase one independently.
Polarity Therapy Stretches & Postures: Experiential movement is incorporated throughout the program. Students will practice Polarity Therapy stretches and postures designed to support energetic balance and deepen their understanding of the Five Elements. Students may wish to bring a yoga mat for these activities.
